TOPOKO Return Policy

To Start a Return Process:
We offer a 30-day return on all products. Warranty period starts from the date of purchase. 
After 30 days from the date of purchase, all returns can only be replaced by the same item, unless this item is out of stock at that moment. Buyers need to pay the shipping fee. 
Warranty will be voided if the products are mishandled or physically damaged by customers. We will refuse all the returns which are out of warranty. 

All returns subject to the following restrictions: 
1. The products must be returned in original condition, including documentation, manuals, and accessories, and free from any physical damage. 
2. We don't accept any COD. 
3. Non-defective returns will be charged up to 20% re-stocking fee base on condition, and shipping fee is non-refundable. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and must ship the product to our warehouse within (7) business days of the date the return request is granted.

Customer changed their mind on their purchase. Up to 20% of the item price.
The customer receives a damaged or defective item. No restocking fee will be applied.
Customer changes their mind, but you receive a damaged or materially different item than what you shipped to the customer. Up to 20% of the item price.
Customer refuses delivery of the item (order) due to visible damage to packaging by your chosen carrier. No restocking fee will be applied.
